Motor stepping

Step motor is the actuator uses in several kind of CNC machine. Though, step motor doesnt have encoder on its end, thus making its precision go lower as the error is kept rising over repeatability period. Although, the precision of the first upto some low number repeatability period is still acceptable.
Step motor control
1. Step motor driver is required
2. Must know the frequency to be used to generate motion on the pulse control
3. Direction signal is used to control the direction of the motor
4. Calculation of the motor microstep with rotation to translation motion

2. ต้องรู้ว่าความถี่ที่ใช้ควบคุมและสัญญาณที่ใช้ในการขับมอเตอร์
3. สัญญาณ Dr ใช้ในการควบคุมทิศทางของมอเตอร์
4. คำนวณไมโครสเต็ปของตัวขับเพื่อเปลี่ยนแปลงจากการหมุนเป็นการเลื่อน
